The FlowState Tuning Method

The FlowState Tuning Method is a neuroplasticity technique that assists you in maximizing your human potential. Our tools help you prime your body and brain for optimal performance in any activity! The voice is the single most powerful tool you possess to unlock your potential. FlowState Tuning utilizes this tool to trigger profound mental, physical, and emotional shifts that allow you to access innate creativity, higher states of awareness, and latent “super powers” that are unique to you.

Just like any other instrument, the human body benefits from being tuned before a performance. A violin has four strings. When the instrument is tuned properly, the violinist can play it with ease. Each string on the violin has a specific tension it needs to be set to in order for the instrument to be playable, and pegs that allow the musician to control the tension on the string. Turning the peg either tightens the string or loosens the string and allows the musician to adjust the instrument so it’s in an optimal state before a performance. What would happen if the musician was playing an instrument that was woefully out of tune? Well you might be Joshua Bell giving a concerto on the Messiah Stradivarius, but it’s still going to sound terrible!

FlowState Tuning was developed to help professional singers “nail it” under pressure. Our methods follow similar principles to tuning a musical instrument such as a guitar or a cello. In this case the instrument is the human body and mind, and the “strings” refer to different organ and tissues systems in the body.

FlowState Tuning employs specific vocalizations to assess the tension, or “pluck the strings” of the instrument, and also uses the voice to adjust the tension or “turn the peg”. A stringed instrument provides a useful metaphor to make it easier to understand how to shift the body and mind out of social or performance anxiety states and into optimal physical and mental states, so you can sing better, become a better leader, play a better game of football, nail your final exams, or simply have that difficult conversation with someone you love.

The Messiah Stradivarius is valued at $20,000,000. As fine a piece of work as it is, it is nowhere near as complex nor as amazing as you. The Messiah, a Boeing 747, the theory of relativity, or an Olympic gold medal ice skating performance are all expressions of an instrument far more magnificent than a violin.

Our bodies and minds aren’t just in use for the big concert on Friday night, they are being used every day, for everything we do. The FlowState Tuning Method can help you come from a place of natural poise so you can be composed, creative, and confident in all activities.

This is the performance of your life.

Let’s make it a great one.
